Sweet and Sour Chicken 



 

Sweet and Sour Chicken Bake

2 to 3 lbs. chicken breast 
1 package onion soup mix 
1 small can of crushed pineapple
8 oz. jar of apricot preserves 
8 oz. of Russian dressing 

Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for an 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until the chicken is done. Serve over white rice.
